FAQ

Q: How long are the walks?
A: The group walks are 1 hour long. The hour doesn't start until we get to the field so your dog may be with us for up to 2 hours depending on the route we travel. Our lead walks can be either 30 minutes or 1 hour depending on the needs of the dog.

Q: Does my dog need a collar for their walk?
A: Your dog will need either a collar or harness including an ID tag with your contact details. We also add one of our own tags with our contact details while you dog is in our care.

Q: How do you transport my dog?
A: We have a well ventilated van with custom built crates of varying sizes meaning your dog will travel safely. Each crate is lined with none slip flooring, a towel and a has its own water bowl.

Q: My dog isn't neutered/spayed, will you still take them?
A: We assess each dog on an individual basis. If they show no signs of aggression or domineering behaviour we will happily welcome them to our pack.

Q: Are there any dog breeds you won't take?
A: Our insurance won't allow us to walk any dog that is listed on The Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 list. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to take XL Bully's.

Q: What happens if my dog gets injured or becomes ill on their walk?
A: Our whole team are canine first aid trained meaning we can deal with any minor injuries. For anything requiring veterinary care we will either take them to your own vets if located in Mirfield or we will use our own vets (Donaldsons, Mirfield)
